Remote adjustment of the stator segments restores pump performance to the optimal operating point with just one click. Site visits for maintenance are eliminated, and access to otherwise hard to reach pump installations can be carried out remotely. Energy efficient long distance pumping of dewatered sludge
Smart Air Injection (SAI) technology from SEEPEX is an energy efficient system delivering energy savings of approximately 40% by combining progressive cavity (PC) pumping with pneumatic dense phase conveying. Dewatered sludge with 14-40% ds can be conveyed over long distances up to 1,000 meters.
This alternative to conventional technologies has proven to significantly reduce operational (energy, spare parts and downtime) and total investment costs. The pressure in the entire pipework can be permanently reduced to a minimum (~ 4 bar).
